Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Source and qualify new prospects to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospects through LinkedIn, cold email, and phone outreach.
  • Engage prospects and schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity in the CRM.
  • Test and iterate on messaging and outreach sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up effectively on inbound leads.
  • Share market insights and prospect feedback with the broader sales team.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in sales and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Comfort and confidence with cold outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Clear and professional communication in Thai; working proficiency in English.
  • High resilience and a constructive attitude toward rejection.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Recent graduates are welcome — drive and attitude matter most.
