The Team
Our curriculum and content team designs learning tracks, produces project-based courses, and ensures every program reflects where the industry is heading.
The product team builds Aisus and the tools students use every day — AI code review, project feedback, and the platform that ties learning to real outcomes.
From the YDP Fellowship to monthly events, our community team connects students with each other, with mentors, and with the broader tech ecosystem.
Operations keeps the machine running — partnerships, recruiting, finance, and the infrastructure that lets the rest of the team focus on students.
Natch Ruedhaidham Soros has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer since 2023. Ms. Soros is responsible for the Company’s strategic direction, international partnerships, and venture development initiatives. Prior to founding the Company, Ms. Soros served in strategic and operational roles at SEA Bridge and Really Corporation, where she worked on cross-border expansion, market-entry strategy, and business development projects across Southeast Asia. She also served as a UX Engineer at Mercil Solution Co., Ltd. and WEDO under Siam Cement Group, contributing to healthcare and accessibility-focused technology projects. Ms. Soros holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi and completed additional graduate-level coursework in Entrepreneurial Finance and Innovation Management.
Pichyapa Khanapattanawong has served as Chief Product Officer since 2023. Ms. Khanapattanawong oversees the Company’s product strategy, platform development, and user experience initiatives. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Khanapattanawong served in software engineering and product development roles at EarnIn, Agoda, LINE MAN Wongnai, Mercil Solution Co., Ltd., and Brikl. Her experience includes full-stack software engineering, front-end development, and scalable digital product systems across startup and enterprise environments. Ms. Khanapattanawong holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering with First Honors from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. She also completed additional graduate-level coursework in innovation and management and studied Computer Software Engineering at Lakehead University in Canada.
Sakolkrit Pengkhum has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2023. Mr. Pengkhum leads the Company’s artificial intelligence, engineering infrastructure, and technical development initiatives. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pengkhum served as a Software Engineer at Hubql and as a Student Researcher at National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan. He also worked on accessibility-focused artificial intelligence and computer vision projects at WEDO under Siam Cement Group. Mr. Pengkhum holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. His technical interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven systems development.
