Head of Sales

Build and lead our sales function from the ground up. You'll set the strategy, shape the team, and personally drive revenue growth as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's overall sales strategy and go-to-market approach.
  • Set team targets, manage performance against KPIs, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM infrastructure.
  • Lead complex enterprise deals and negotiate contracts with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance to define and refine pricing strategy.
  • Provide regular pipeline visibility and business updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years leading a team.
  • A clear and demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology products to business customers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
