Head of Sales

Build and lead our sales function from the ground up. You'll set the strategy, shape the team, and personally drive revenue growth as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's overall sales strategy and go-to-market approach.
- Set team targets, manage performance against KPIs, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM infrastructure.
- Lead complex enterprise deals and negotiate contracts with key accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance to define and refine pricing strategy.
- Provide regular pipeline visibility and business updates to the leadership team.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- A clear and demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology products to business customers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
