Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and monitor spend against plan each month.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for leadership and investors.
• Manage cash flow and develop short- and long-term financial plans aligned with company goals.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
• Support fundraising efforts and coordinate investor reporting and due diligence.
• Partner with teams across the company to analyze costs and surface efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Working knowledge of Thai tax regulations and local accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth SME environment is a plus.
