Business Development Manager

Identify and build strategic partnerships that open new growth channels beyond direct sales. You'll shape how we expand into new markets, industries, and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements with organizations, platforms, and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to surface new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to design and execute new go-to-market motions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of BD opportunities with consistent reporting on progress.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of active partnerships to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a senior sales role.
  • An established network within the tech industry or a relevant sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset — able to connect opportunities across teams, products, and markets.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience within a startup or venture-backed ecosystem is a plus.
