Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal. You'll work closely with prospects to understand their needs and show how our product solves real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead through to close.
- Run discovery calls to deeply understand prospects' challenges and business goals.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals that map to customer needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with Product and Customer Success for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain a well-documented, healthy pipeline in the CRM at all times.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales with a consistent track record of hitting quota.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to ask probing, insight-driven questions.
- Confident presenter who can adapt to different audiences and seniority levels.
- Professional communication in both Thai and English.
- Familiarity with SaaS or product-led sales motions is an advantage.
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
